This is the first window where registered users can LOGIN into Billing.

This is the first window, which appears after login and have following options

PROFILES
Add Profile:-
Here one can add a profile of administrator, client and developer.
View Profile:
One can view all the profiles which are there. By clicking on a particular profile one can view the detailed profile and can update it if required.
MY Profile:
The person who has logged in can view his profile and update it if required.
PACKAGES
Hosting:
It shows the details of the customers and the type of hosting they have taken, like the detail of the plan type. One can upgrade the plan type here if required.
Domain:
It shows the details of the domain, which we have provided, like the domain name, order date, due date and status.
Development
This window shows the details of the projects assigned and their status. With update option we can update the details of a particular project.
1) Add Feedback: Here a developer can add feedback corresponding to the assigned project on daily basis.
2) View Developer feedback: Here one can view the feedbacks of all the developers with respect to the assigned project
3) View client feedback: Here one can view the feedback of all the clients corresponding to their projects.
4) Add new Project: With this option we assign projects to the developers.
SERVER
It shows the details of the servers and their billing cycle.
ACCOUNTS
Raised Invoice:
It shows the details of the raise invoices like the member name, pay date, pay mode, status etc.
Quotation:
It shows the details of the quotations. One can edit the details of the quotations and generate new quotations/invoices.
Generate Quotations/Invoices:
This is the window to generate quotations.
Dues:
It shows the details of the dues.
ORDERS:
It shows the details of orders like order date, due date, status etc. It has edit option also to change the order details.
Purchased Addon's:
It shows the details of purchased Add on's
Statement:
It shows Domain name, Project , project details and status.
NEWS
POST News:
One can post daily news through this window
Email News:
One can send email, which includes news, to the customers.
Newsletter:
This is for creating newsletter.
LOGOUT
This is the final option in Billing where one can logout.
